Humble Heart Healing

An eager and excited lifelong learner – I work with individuals and partners looking to anchor or reconnect to their inner peace and rootedness. As a native Kansan who loves traveling, with my undergrad in anthropology, I enjoy interacting with a variety of cultures and learning restorative modalities which I use to find my own daily peace and happiness. My therapy focuses include, life transitions, adverse childhood experiences, spiritual and existential exploration, trauma healing, health and injury recovery, grief, and relationship challenges. As a social worker with previous case management experience, I've assisted people managing and recovering from unhealthy relationships with substances, houselessness, and all kinds of mental health enigmas. I find ways to weave social justice and the importance of human relationships into each session. I utilize my training as a registered yoga teacher and blend ayurveda, nature, and mindfulness with cognitive behavioral and strengths perspectives to help people regain confidence in themselves and find purpose in life.
